S\u00e3o 5 Temperos para Sal de Parrilla.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sal de parrilla \u00e9 muito comum e utilizado nos churrascos argentinos e uruguaios. Ele surgiu com a finalidade de salgar pe\u00e7as e peda\u00e7os menores de carnes como exemplo: bife de chorizo, bife ancho. Mas, com o aumento do consumo deste tipo de sal aqui no Brasil, come\u00e7ou a existir uma necessidade de fazer o sal de parrilla temperado, como temos o costume de utilizar o sal grosso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o a TvChurrasco preparou este v\u00eddeo para mostrar, quais as propor\u00e7\u00f5es ideais para este processo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Foi preparado, o sal de parrilla com pimenta, com lemon pepper, com chimichurri, com alho e o sal de parrilla com o sal rosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O sal de parrilla \u00e9 o mesmo do que o sal fino e o grosso, por\u00e9m ele passa por um processo de moagem diferenciado. Conhecido ent\u00e3o como sal entrefino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O tamanho do sal de parrilla ajuda a n\u00e3o desidratar e nem ressecar a carne. Aqui no Brasil al\u00e9m do nome de sal de parrilla, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m pode encontrar como sal entrefino.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para fazer o Sal de Parrilla com o Sal Rosa do Himalaia, Valt\u00e3o Oliveira pegou um pouco do sal grosso rosa, colocou em um liquidificador e pulsou algumas vezes. A inten\u00e7\u00e3o foi apenas quebrar o sal grosso em peda\u00e7os menores.
