Sempre mexendo.<br>Tempere com o sal e desligue o fogo.<br>Com o fogo j\u00e1 desligado, acrescente o tomate, os ovos e o cheiro verde. Misture bem.<br>Prato pronto \u00e9 s\u00f3 servir e bom apetite!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Farofa com Queijo Coalho &#8211; Tv Churrasco<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredientes:<br>2 X\u00edcaras (de ch\u00e1) de Farinha de Mandioca Flocada (Farinha Biju)<br>400 g de Queijo Coalho<br>\u00bd X\u00edcara (de ch\u00e1) de Manteiga<br>Azeite a gosto<br>Sal a gosto<br>\u00bd X\u00edcara (de ch\u00e1) de Piment\u00e3o Vermelho picado<br>\u00bd X\u00edcara (de ch\u00e1) de Piment\u00e3o Amarelo picado<br>2 Colheres (de sopa) de Alcaparras<br>1 Cenoura Ralada<br>Alho Por\u00f3 &#8211; Cocina Mix a gosto<br>Chimichurri &#8211; Cocina Mix a gosto<br>1 Tomate Picado<br>\u00bd X\u00edcara (de ch\u00e1) de Cheiro Verde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Modo de Preparo:<br>Leve o queijo coalho \u00e0 churrasqueira, altura de 40 cent\u00edmetros, fogo brando, por aproximadamente 10 minutos ou at\u00e9 dourar.<br>Leve uma frigideira ao fogo, adicione a manteiga e o azeite. Quando a manteiga derreter coloque o piment\u00e3o amarelo e o piment\u00e3o vermelho.<br>Quando os queijos estiverem prontos, retire da churrasqueira, retire os palitos e corte em cubos.<br>Assim que os piment\u00f5es come\u00e7arem a murchar, adicione as alcaparras, a cenoura, o alho por\u00f3, o chimichurri e o tomate. Deixe aquecer tudo junto.<br>Coloque a farinha na frigideira (aos poucos), sempre mexendo, acrescente o queijo coalho (cortado) e o cheiro verde.<br>Prato pronto \u00e9 s\u00f3 servir e bom
